What we collect, and what we do with it.

Who we are
This website, maryjo4sherwood.com, is operated by the MaryJo4Mayor Campaign 2026, the re-election campaign of Mary Jo Heye-Townsell for Mayor of Sherwood, Arkansas.
What we collect
We collect only what you type into the signup form: your email address and your city or ZIP code. If you request a yard sign, we also collect the street address where the sign should be delivered and a phone number so a volunteer can confirm the delivery. You can read the site without providing any of this.
How we use it
Your information is used to send campaign updates, to coordinate volunteering, and to deliver yard signs. Phone numbers are used to confirm a delivery and for no other purpose. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
Where it is kept
Submissions are stored in a secured database that only the campaign can read. The website itself holds no credential capable of reading the list back. Information is kept for the duration of the 2026 campaign and deleted afterward unless you ask to stay on the list.
Cookies and tracking
The site does not use cookies to identify you. If the campaign runs online advertising, the site may use standard advertising measurement from Google to count how many visitors sign up after seeing an ad. That measurement does not include your name, email, address, or phone number.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by messaging the campaign on Facebook or Instagram. Every campaign email includes a way to stop receiving them.
